Description

EPOX FL 600 W is an epoxy based, two component, can be diluted with water floor and wall coating material for light traffic areas.

Application Procedure

Preparation of Substrate

Application surface must be cleaned off from the contaminant such as dirt, dust, rust, oil etc. Application surface must be scraped to be ready for application.

Application Method

A and B components must be stirred under low speed mixture during 3-4 minutes until homogenous mixture is obtained. Surface should be moistened to avoid foam formation but also should take precaution for the ponds. Mixture should be diluted with clean water (%15-20 of the mixture) and applied on the surface as a primer layer. After applying the primer layer, EPOX FL 600 W can be applied on to the surface 1-2 layers by using a roller or sprayer. Surface must be protected from water and impacts within 24 hours after application.

Consumption

0,200-0,300 kg/m²  for each layer. At least two coat application is recommended.
