Description

Acrylic copolymer emulsion based, containing color granite and marble particles, protective and long-life coating material for interior and exterior surfaces.

Application Areas

It can be applied on interior and exterior surface;

• Cement based plaster.
• Concrete.
• Concrete slab.
• Gypsum plaster.
• Gypsum board.
• Chipboard, MDF, wood and other similar substrates.

Surface Preparation

The surface should be cleaned out of dirt, grease, old loose or flaking materials. The old paints must be sanded and removed. Surface defects such as cracks, pits etc. should be filled with the suitable filler. Ensure the surface to be clean, dry, smooth and sound. Apply PRIME-EX Exterior Primer in a color matching that of the Mosaic Plaster and wait minimum 12 hours before applying MOSAICO Mosaic Plaster.

Application

Depending on the weather and surface conditions, 1 to 1,5 L clean water is added in 25 kg. MOSAICO Mosaic Plaster and mixed well until homogenous mixture. Use a triangle-shaped steel trowel to get this mixture from the bucket to the surface and for applying on the surface use a rectangular-shaped steel trowel.

Consumption

Depend on the surface and thickness of application for single coat.

Thick layer: 4,5 - 5,5 kg / m²

Thin layer: 2,75 - 3,25 kg / m²

Package

25 kg plastic bucket.

Storage and Shelf Life

1 year as of the production date in dry and moisture-free environment provided that packages will not be opened. Package should be kept tightly closed when not in use. Package should be protected against frost.
