POOL COAT 245

Description

POOL COAT 245 is a two component, polyurethane resin based, blue colored swimming pool paint.

Fields of Application

• In pool coatings, water tanks
• In metal tanks,
• In ornamental pool, ponds, dams, water channels
• It can be applied on concrete, plaster, screed, cement based surfaces.

Application Procedure

Preparation of Substrate

The application surface must be durable, dry, clean and clean off materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, rust and remove loose pieces. Surface defects, porous, gaps should be covered with suitable surface repair mortars. Old coatings must be roughened before the application. Surface should be primed with proper primers.

Application

POOL COAT 245 component A and component B should be stir well 3-4 minutes under mixer until homogenous mixing get. Material should be applied on a surface with a brush, roller or spray gun as 2-3 coats. Second coat should be applied after first coat is dry in 24 hours. The prepared mixture should be consumed in 5 - 6 hours. After the application, the pool should be left to curing 10 days, before filling water.
