Cement Based, Two Component, Fast Setting Waterproofing Slurry - TURBOSEAL 2K

Description

TURBOSEAL 2K is cement based, polymer modified, two component, highly elastomeric, applicable against negative and positive water pressure, UV resistant, fast setting waterproofing slurry.

Fields of Application

• Suitable used on foundations and basement walls, terraces, water tanks, swimming pools and wet duty, areas for waterproofing purposes against to negative and positive water pressure.
• On cement based renders, screeds, concrete, old tile coatings.

Application Procedure

Preparation of Substrate

The application surface must be clear, durable and clean off any dirt, dust, paint, mud, etc. that may prevent the product from sticking on the surface. The cavities, cracks, surface defects have to be repaired. Vertical and horizontal corners should be beveled where fast application or sulphate resistance is required. High absorbent surfaces should be primed.

Application Method

Powder formed should be added slowly on liquid component under low speed mixture and mix them 2-3 minutes until obtained homogenous mixture. Mixture should be applied with a brush, trowel, or sprayer at least 2 coats. It should be waited 90 minutes between the coats.
